Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy No. 2033 on Amendments to the Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Milk and Dairy Products Came into Force
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine approved Order No. 2033 on amendments to the Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Milk and Dairy Products, which was registered with the Ministry of Justice on August 14, 2024.
The order came into force on the day of its official publication on September 9, 2024, in the “Official Bulletin of Ukraine” No. 77, Article 4556.
Among other things, the document introduces requirements for raw milk that has not undergone heat treatment and will be marketed as a food product directly to the consumer from a milk production holdings (MPH), a farmer’s store, a milk container (tank, reservoir, etc.), or milk vending machines for unpackaged raw milk.
