Webinar: “Laboratory Testing of Raw Milk Samples in Compliance with European Legislation and the Role of the National Reference Center in the National Official Control Program”
From January 20 to 29, 2025, an online webinar titled “Laboratory Testing of Raw Milk Samples in Compliance with European Legislation and the Role of the National Reference Center in the National Official Control Program” will take place.
The main objectives of the webinar are:
- Highlighting EU legislative requirements for raw milk control with a focus on laboratory testing
2. Familiarizing participants with the criteria and functions of European National Reference Laboratories, including examples of the implementation of EU and national legislation regarding reference laboratories/centers for milk
3. Providing an overview of sampling rules for raw milk
4. Detailing laboratory methods for testing inhibitors, total bacterial count, somatic cell count, freezing point, and aflatoxins in milk
5. Ensuring quality control in laboratories and the reliability of laboratory test results.
Target Audience: Specialists from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection , laboratory professionals, and other interested participants.
