Call for Companies to Participate in the National Stand of Ukraine at Gulfood 2025 

Applications are now open for Ukrainian food producers / exporters to participate in Gulfood 2025 international trade fair within the National Stand of Ukraine. 

Gulfood is one of the world’s largest trade fairs for food and beverages, serving as a key event for those interested in expanding their business in the food industry. The exhibition takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 17 to 21 February 2025. 

This event presents an excellent opportunity for Ukrainian companies to enter international markets, find new partners in the food industry, and stay informed about market innovations and trends. 

The organisation of the National Stand of Ukraine at Gulfood 2025 aims to promote Ukraine as a supplier of high-quality food, including organic products. 

The Ukrainian exhibition will feature 10 food producers / exporters: 5 specialising in organic products and 5 in fresh and processed vegetables, fruits, melons, berries, and edible nuts. 

Benefits of participating in the exhibition as part of the National Stand of Ukraine include: 

  • Partial coverage of exhibition costs, 
  • A fully equipped workspace, 
  • Organisational and logistical support, including the invitation of foreign partners and facilitation during B2B meetings, 
  • Communication support (media coverage of the National Stand of Ukraine and its exhibitors).

The National Stand of Ukraine at Gulfood 2025 is implemented under the patronage of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and organised by the State Institution “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office” (Ukraine), the state project Diia.Business, the International Trade Centre (ITC) project “Linking SMEs in the fruits and vegetables sector to global and domestic markets and value chains”, funded by Sweden, and the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP), funded by Switzerland and implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL, Switzerland) in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland).
