Gastronomic event “Lviv Taste Fair”

On 17 May 2025, Lviv Palace of Arts will host Lviv Taste Fair (LTF) for the third time. This much-anticipated event has already become a cherished tradition for those who appreciate high-quality Ukrainian products and culinary heritage. 

For the third consecutive year Switzerland is supporting Lviv Taste Fair through the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP). This initiative aims to strengthen the trade potential of small and medium-sized businesses. 

The fair will bring together around 50 certified organic and craft dairy producers from across Ukraine, alongside local food producers from Lviv region. 

Organic producers will be represented: 

  1. Danube Agrarian LLC, Odesa region — vegetables, fruits, melons, grains, eggs, meat, juice, preserves, honey, and sweets  
  2. Farming company “Svitanok” SPF, Kharkiv region — hazelnut  
  3. Galeks-Agro PE, Zhytomy region — cereals, flour 
  4. Home Chicken FE, Zhytomy region — chicken eggs  
  5. Kolchanov Dmytro PEI (Meetty Chocolate), Poltava region —chocolate 
  6. Kostiv FE (Zhyva Organica), Lviv region — flakes, groats, flour, spices, potatoes 
  7. Lieberherr Christina PEI (Teas from Potutory), Ternopil region — herbal teas, spices 
  8. Marchеnko Andrіi PEI (Svitovoch), Sumy region — vegetables, herbs 
  9. Molfar Eko LLC (Mol’far), Kyiv region — herbal teas 
  10. Nuts’n’Garden FE, Kyiv region — asparagus, filbert, hazelnut  
  11. Organic Meat Product LLC (Organic Meat), Zhytomyr region — meat products  
  12. Organic milk LLC, Zhytomyr region — milk, kefir, sour cream, fermented baked milk, yoghurts, cheeses, and butter 
  13. Organic Original LLC (Ecorod), Kyiv region — rice cakes, sweet corn sticks, flour, groats, oil 
  14. Shans Vik, LLC (Travka), Volyn region — herbal and berry teas 
  15. Skvyrskyi Grain Processing Factory LLC (Skvyrianka), Kyiv region — groats, flakes, and flour made from buckwheat, oats, millet, and corn 
  16. Staryi Porytsk LLC, Volyn region – dairy products incl. cheese, cereals, flour 
  17. Stodola LLC, Mykolaiv region — preserved appetisers (grilled vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes) 
  18. Wine Club Biologist LLC, Kyiv region — table wines. 

Cheesemakers from 9 regions of Ukraine will attend the Lviv Taste Fair.  Nine producers have won awards at the World Cheese Awards in 2022-2024.

This year’s programme includes: 

  1. Product tastings from participating producers 
  2. Culinary and cheese-making masterclasses led by experts who will share insights on preparation and flavour pairing 
  3. Interactive quizzes with prizes for participants 
  4. A children’s zone with entertainment and activities for the youngest visitors
