From 28 to 30 October 2025, Kyiv will host WorldFood Ukraine — the largest food and beverage trade fair in Ukraine. For the first time, the event will feature an Organic Food Pavilion with an exhibition space of over 100 square metres. The Pavilion is organised by the Organic Initiative Public Association with the support of Switzerland, within the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP).
WorldFood Ukraine is a key B2B platform for the development of Ukraine’s retail market. Each year, it brings together national and regional retail chains, independent small and medium-sized shops, distributors, importers, HoReCa, and specialised media.
Certified organic producers offering higher value-added products are invited to apply for selection as exhibitors in the Pavilion. Selected participants will receive a free exhibition space as well as organisational support before and during the event.
The full list of participant selection criteria is available via the link. (In Ukrainian)
To apply, please complete the application form via the link by 15:00 on 5 August 2025. (In Ukrainian)
The number of places is limited.
The list of selected participants will be announced on 11 August 2025 on the information platforms of the Organic Initiative and its partners.
For reference
If the number of applications exceeds the available spaces, priority will be given to producers who have not previously taken part in events supported by Switzerland within the QFTP programme.
