The World Cheese Awards (WCA) is the largest global cheese competition, founded in the United Kingdom 36 years ago, and for the third consecutive year, it is eagerly anticipating entries from Ukrainian cheeses. This year, the event will take place on November 15-16 in Viseu, Portugal. Both large cheese enterprises and artisanal producers are traditionally eligible to participate. The main requirement is documented proof of the product’s quality and safety. The event’s partners and official representatives in Ukraine are Ardis Group.
