Training course on cheese making “Veterans cheese”

The Cheesemaking School by Iryna Demianyk and the Guild of Artisan Cheesemakers invite war veterans, their families, and internally displaced persons to explore the magical world of cheesemaking and master the craft.

Cheesemaking is more than just a craft—it is a meditative process that helps to focus on the present moment, shift from anxiety to creativity, and find satisfaction in creating something with own hands.

The challenges life brings leave a mark on the soul. Stress, anxiety, and uncertainty can drain strength and confidence in the future. But it is important to remember: inner resources can be restored by finding an activity that brings joy, inspiration, and meaning.

The “Veterans Cheese” course is designed for those seeking emotional balance and, perhaps, a new calling in life.

Moreover, it is an opportunity to turn a passion into a source of income, paving the way for a confident future.

The course will run from April 4 to April 24, 2025.

Registration for the course is open until March 30 via the  link.

During the course, cheese production technologies, finances, marketing, and motivation in developing a business will be discussed. After 6 training modules, participants will have a chance to practice making different cheeses.

The course program is available here.
