Training course “Preparation of SMEs for the assessment of food business operator’s establishments for compliance with EU requirements”
The Swiss-Ukrainian Programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP) is organizing a practical training with elements of training of trainers on “Preparing SMEs for the assessment of food business operator’s establishments for compliance with EU requirements”.
The in-depth training course will be held in a combined form from March to November 2025 and will include 18 online trainings with practical assignments and consultations based on the results of their implementation.
The trainings will analyze the specifics of EU legislation requirements for milk processing and the approach to implementing these requirements at small establishments.
Representatives of small and medium-sized milk processing enterprises, especially cheese producers, responsible for implementing the requirements of the legislation on safety and certain quality indicators, consultants, service providers, representatives of specialized associations of producers are invited to participate.
The number of participants is limited. The application deadline is February 21, 2025 (Friday, 18:00 EET).

The training course will contribute to capacity development of public and private service providers and associations in the dairy sector to raise awareness, apply good practices by milk processors, create added value and develop trade.
