Organic module (UA). Labelling of organic products. State logo for organic products

Since the National Register of Operators that Produce Products in Compliance with the Legislation in Organic Production, Circulation and Labelling of Organic Products that is maintained by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, has been launched in Ukraine, knowledge of the correct use of the state logo for organic products has become more relevant than ever before. From now on, operators from the register will be labelling their products with the Ukrainian state logo, and during the training “Organic Module (UA). Labelling of organic products. State logo for organic products” they will learn how to do it right.

Date and time of the training: 15 November (Wednesday) 2023, 10:00 – 12:10.

The training is organised to raise awareness of operators, NGOs and service providers in the organic sector of Ukraine about the requirements and proper use of the Ukrainian state organic logo and labelling in general.

At the training will be considered the Ukrainian legislation in the field of organic production, circulation and labelling of organic products, including the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine “On Approval of the State Logo for Organic Products”. This training is organised by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and Organic Standard certification body with the support of Switzerland within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine”, implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL, Switzerland) in partnership with SAFOSО AG (Switzerland).
