
BIOFACH is the world’s leading international trade fair for organic products, bringing together thousands of producers, distributors, importers, retail chains and other sector professionals every year. The event will take place on 10–13 February 2026 at the NürnbergMesse exhibition centre in Nuremberg, Germany.
This year, with the support of Switzerland, Ukraine will be represented at BIOFACH 2026 by 26 organic exporting companies within the National Pavilion of Ukraine (stand 4A-625).

During the trade fair, the exhibitors will present value-added organic products to international audiences, aiming to establish new export partnerships and strengthen the position of Ukrainian organic products on global markets.
The product range showcased at the pavilion will include frozen, freeze-dried and dried berries and fruits, nuts, seeds, honey, cereals, flakes, porridges, soup purées, breakfast mixes, sauces, pickles, spreads, juices, purée concentrates and beverages, fruit rolls, pastila, chips, vegetable and fruit ingredients, teas, chocolate bars, dragees, oils and other products.
In addition, companies will take part in B2B meetings with international partners and buyers, as well as gain insights into the latest technologies and global trends in the organic sector.

The National Pavilion of Ukraine at BIOFACH 2026 is organised by the Ukrainian Berries Association and the State Institution Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, the national project Diia.Business, under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine, and with the support of Switzerland within the framework of three programs:
- the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine (QFTP) implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL, Switzerland) in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland);
- Global Quality and Standards Programme (GQSP Ukraine) implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO);
- Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO) implemented by the Swiss foundation for technical cooperation Swisscontact.
