For the fourth consecutive year, Switzerland, within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine”(QFTP)supports the organisation of the fair to promote the development of higher value-added food trade among Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises in the organic and dairy sectors.

Participation in the Lviv Taste Fair offers Ukrainian producers an excellent opportunity to connect directly with consumers and showcase their products to a wide audience of food enthusiasts.

The event is distinguished by a carefully curated selection of participants, featuring recognised representatives of Ukrainian cheesemaking traditions and best practices of organic production. A key highlight of the fair is its rich and engaging programme, including masterclasses, tastings, quizzes, and live music, making it a standout event in its category.

For organic producers and artisan cheesemakers, this is an opportunity to:

  • showcase their products to thousands of visitors; 
  • find new customers and partners; 
  • boost brand awareness. 

Participation in the Lviv Taste Fair is free of charge for producers, provided they successfully pass the preliminary selection process. The number of participants is limited.

General requirements for participants:

  • The applicant must be a business entity registered in Ukraine (limited liability company, private enterprise, sole trader, etc.). 
  • The applicant must be a small or medium-sized enterprise based on the criterion of average number of employees per calendar year. 
  • The applicant must have no legal or financial ties with the Russian Federation and/or Belarus. 

Selection criteria in more detail: 

  • artisan cheesemakers and dairy product manufacturers, 
  • organic producers. 

Only one application per producer may be submitted. 

Following the selection process, all applicants will receive an email with a response and information regarding the decision based on the review results.
