General terms and conditions & privacy policy
By registering for this event you accept the general terms and conditions of the events (https://qftp.org/en/general-terms-and-conditions-for-events/) organised in the frame of the Quality FOOD Trade Program (QFTP).
Your personal data (name, contact details) will be processed by QFTP for the purposes of event participation. Further information on data protection can also be found in QFTP’s privacy policy (https://qftp.org/en/privacy-policy-on-www-qftp-org/) and the data protection information on online events via Zoom (https://qftp.org/en/information-of-data-protection-for-online-meetings-phone-conference-and-webinars-via-zoom-organised-by-qftp/). If you have any questions about data protection, or if you believe that we have used your personal data in a way that contravenes the event management agreement or applicable legislation, you can contact info@qftp.org and/or the event management at any time. If you have any complaints about QFTP’s processing of your personal data, you are entitled to contact the relevant supervisory authority at any time. For reporting purposes QFTP may be obliged to share information on event participation with donors. For this purpose QFTP will share your organization’s name but no personal contact details.
Photos/Video recordings
QFTP may take pictures or videos during the event which will be used for publication, both in printed and digital form, and may also be saved for this purpose. The photos and/or videos are used exclusively for public relations or documentation purposes. If the photos and/or videos are available on the internet, they will be removed as far as possible. During online events, for those who don’t want to be on the pictures, screenshots and videos can turn off the camera. If you want to anonymous you can change your name to a pseudonym.
Data exchange for the purpose of networking
To improve networking among the participants, we may compile a list of contact details. This list contains the following information: First name, surname, organisation, city, telephone, e-mail
Use of data for information on other related topics
QFTP will be holding further events on the same topic and may inform participants about these events and the activities of QFTP at irregular intervals.
The declaration of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time in writing by e-mail (info@qftp.org) with effect for the future.
